猛暑が過ぎて少し秋らしく涼しさを感じることが出来る日が増えてきましたね。
空も、澄み始めてだんだんと冬の空に近づいていることを実感します。湿気も下がっていくので、光の捉え方も変わってきますね。
ちょうど今くらいの時期が外出て写真を撮るには過ごしやすいです。

The sky is starting to clear and I can feel that we are gradually approaching the winter sky. The humidity is also dropping, so the way we perceive light is also changing.

出ないとわかってても未だ欲しいXQ3。フィルムカメラだと年代物のコンパクトカメラは、今やプレミアム価格がついててちょっと高いなんてレベルじゃない物も見受けられ(CONTAX T3とか)ますが、コンデジだと年代物にプレミアム価格とはなかなかなりません(別に自分のカメラにプレミアム価格が欲しいわけではないです)。結局年代物のデジカメは、中のセンサーやらデジタルカメラたらしめるデジタル回路が古いから、そこから出てくる写真も物足りない絵（解像度や色など）として見えてしまうわけです。
最近時々XQ1を使っていたのですが、やっぱりこれはこれでイイのです。ファインダーがないとか、一度電源切るとズームを忘れて毎回広角側からとか言いたい事もありますが、手のひらサイズは捨て難く、またこのサイズでも富士フイルムカラーが出る事、それが一番大きいです。

Some of the older compact film cameras are now priced at a premium and are not even a little expensive. (like a CONTAX T3)
With digital cameras, it is hard to get a premium price for a vintage camera (not that I want a premium price for my camera).
In the end, the old digital cameras is older sensors and digital circuits, that why the pictures that come out of them are not good enough (in terms of resolution, color, etc.).
I have been using the XQ1 from time to time recently, and I have to say that it is just as nice photo as ever. There are some things I would like to say, such as the lack of a viewfinder or the fact that once you turn off the camera, you forget to zoom and always start from the wide-angle side, but the palm-size is hard to give up, and the fact that FUJIFILM colors are available even in this size is the biggest thing.

9月のiPhone 14イベント、事前のリーク通りminiモデルの新作はありませんでした。iPhone 12は残りましたが、iPhone 12 miniは終了。iPhone 13 miniは幸い残りました。小さいが故に少し安くしいてたminiモデルであるiPhone 12 miniは、ここに来てSEと価格面で被るという問題に直面したんでしょう。性能的にもSEの方が12 miniより良いですしね。
新しくでiPhone 14 Plusがあるということも影響したと思います。
miniモデルは今後どうなるか？
気の早い話ですが、来年9月のiPhoneでminiモデル新作はあるのか？今後のminiおよびPlusモデルはどうなるのか？それまでの販売ケースをもとに勝手に予測してみました。
結論から先に書くと来年のminiモデルはないのではないかと思います。
今回miniに代わり久々iPhone 8以来のPlusモデルが登場しました。来年も、Plusモデルが出てminiは出ないのではと思います。
それとともに、miniモデルの販売は終了。
miniサイズは一旦iPhoneのラインナップから消えると思っています。

まさかのSUPERIA X-TRA400再販
何気にyodobashi.comで手に入るフィルムを検索してみたら何故かFUJIFILM SUPERIA X-TRA400がヒットし買える状態に。何で？確かこれ販売終了してたよなと思って調べてみると確かに2018年に販売終了されています。
しかし、なぜか復活している・・・。元々、海外ではまだ販売が継続されていたフィルムで、今回販売されている仕様も海外版を日本向けにパッケージをラベルしているという仕様のようです（X-TRA400であることに変わりはない）。
富士フイルムの商品ページにはありませんが、オンライン販売のフジフィルムモールでは取り扱いが再開されれています。

ただし、現在入荷待ちとなっています。
I searched casually yodobashi.com for available films, and for some reason, FUJIFILM SUPERIA X-TRA400 was found and is now available for purchase. Why? I thought it was discontinued, and when I looked it up, I found that it was indeed discontinued in 2018.
But somehow it is back… Originally, the film was still being sold overseas, and it seems that the specifications of the film that is now being sold are the overseas version with the packaging labeled for Japanese (The film specification is still X-TRA400).
The product is not listed on the Fujifilm product page, but the online sales site Fujifilm Mall has resumed handling the product.

前回に続き2016年の東京ですが、こちらは夏。Kodak ULTRAMAX 400で。
Kodakというと、少し黄色系が強い印象ですが、空の青さが濃く強い印象を感じます。色も濃いめな印象。
フィルムは、種類によって傾向が違うし、さらに現像出した時の現像のされ方でも変化があるから、どれが本当の姿？と言われると難しい。でも、ベースとなる部分はやはりフィルムごとに違うので、現像はそこに味付けしている感じ。
正解はなくて自分の好みを選ぶのがフィルムの向き合い方の一つじゃないかと。もちろん、迷った時はこれ選んでおけば良いというようなフィルムもあるわけで、でもそれも沢山ある(今は沢山と言えないかも)種類の一つ。

Kodak gives the impression of being a bit yellowish, but the sky has a deep and strong blue color. The colors also seem darker.
The film tends to depending on the type, and even the way the film is developed when it is sent out for development can change it. So what is the truely image of film is difficult to say. However, the base of each film is different, and the developing process adds flavor to the film.
There is no right answer, and I think one way to deal with film is to choose what you like. Of course, there have some standard films that you just have to choose when you are in doubt, but that is one of the many (or maybe not so many nowadays) types of film.
フィルムKodak Gold 200で綴る2016年の冬の東京です。
Kodakらしい色を感じます。冬は湿度も低いので光の通りが良く、解像感高い写真が取れる傾向にありますね。
気がつけばKodak Gold 200も簡単には手に入らないフィルムの一つとなってしまいました。ネットを駆使すればまだ手に入りそうですが、ヨドバシカメラではもう取り扱いもなく気軽に使えるフィルムでは無くなってしまいました・・・。
富士フイルムのラインナップが減っていくのも辛いですが、Kodakのラインナップが減るのもまた辛いですね。
This is Tokyo in the winter of 2016 taken by the film Kodak Gold 200.
The colors are typical of Kodak. In winter, the humidity is low, so the light tends to penetrate better and produce higher-resolution photos.
I noticed that Kodak Gold 200 is one of the films that is not easy to get. It is still available on the Internet, but Yodobashi Camera no longer carries it and it is no longer a film that can be easily used….
It is hard to see Fujifilm’s lineup decrease, but it is also hard to see Kodak’s lineup decrease.
夜の銀座をカラーで撮ってみました。ISO1600と感度高めで撮りましたが、綺麗に撮れますね。写真が撮りたいと思って動いた日でした。
銀座の並木通りやその近辺は、看板の明かりはあり暗くはないのですが、ちょっと独特な通りですね。別に危ない通りというわけでもなく。日中と夜のコントラストが大きいエリアかもしれません。
カメラを持って歩くと何かしら絵になる瞬間に出会えるので、時々歩いています。
その時にうまく撮れたり、撮れなかったり。
X100Vは瞬時にダイアルでその時に適した値に調整出来るので、こういう夜の街歩きでは本当に便利ですね。
(そして画質綺麗なことも！)
I took some color shots of Ginza at night, using a high sensitivity of ISO 1600, but they came out beautifully. It was a day when I moved because I wanted to take pictures.
Ginza’s Namiki-dori Avenue and its vicinity is not dark because of the lights from the signboards, but it is a somewhat unique street. It is not that it is a dangerous street. It may be an area where there is a large contrast between daytime and nighttime.
I sometimes walk around with my camera, because I have a chance to some picturesque moments.
Sometimes I am able to take a good picture, sometimes not.
X100V can be instantly adjusted with a dial to the appropriate value for the moment, which is really convenient when walking around town at night.
(And the photo quality is beautiful!)
