A Happy New Year 2024

あけましておめでとうございます。
Happy New Year!

結局、2023年は後半、ほとんど更新できずでした。
今年はペースを考えながら更新したいなと思います。
2024年もよろしくお願いします。

昨年は仕事を中心に色々忙しくなったり、余裕がなくなったりで浮き沈みが後半大きく、あまり気持ちに余裕が持てませんでした。
それもあって、カメラもイマイチ写真撮ってもしっくりこない感じが続いてました。

去年載せそびれたものもあるので、それらを出しつつ、のんびり再開していきたいと思います。

変わらず今年もよろしくお願いします。

After all, I could hardly update in the second half of 2023.
This year, I would like to update while considering the pace.
I look forward to working with you in 2024.

Last year, I was busy with various things, mainly work, and I had a lot of ups and downs in the second half of the year, so I didn’t have a lot of time to relax.
That’s why I was not able to take many good pictures with my camera.
I think may be little bit was tired such as those days.

I would like to resume my work at a leisurely pace, while bringing out some of the photos I failed to post last year.

Tokyo Ginza 2023 w/ T-CHROME

X Photographerであり僕の好きな写真家高橋俊充さんのblogにカラーモードについての記事がありました。僕は基本撮って出しなので、RAWで撮らずJPEGです。なので、カメラから出る色が僕にとっては重要です。FUJIFILMのカメラは、その点で他社を凌いでいると思います。高橋さんはFUJIFILMのカメラも使われていますが、独特な色合いだなぁと思ってました。

その高橋さんが今回FUJIFILMの秘伝のレシピを公開されたので、早速真似てみました。

X Photographer and one of my favorite photographers, Toshimitsu Takahashi, wrote an article about color mode in his blog. I basically don’t shoot in RAW but in JPEG. I think FUJIFILM cameras are superior to other companies in this respect. Mr. Takahashi also uses FUJIFILM cameras, and I have always thought that their colors are unique.

I was impressed by the unique color tones of his FUJIFILM cameras, and I immediately tried to copy his secret recipe.

バタバタしすぎて・・・のんびりが必要ですね

またまた久しぶりの投稿になりました。
前回投稿してから、仕事で色々ありすぎて、そのまま気力が湧いてこずの状態が続いています。
まだ、ちょっと仕事の方が落ち着かずということもありまして…。

忙しさに引き摺られて、写真も思うほど撮れてないんですよね。
時々、フラッと撮ったりすると「あっ、これこれ」と気分がアガるのですが、それをうまく投稿するところまで持って行けれてませんでした。

ちょっと色々少しセーブとペース配分を変えないといけないと思っているのですが、結局自分だけでペースをコントロールできないんですよね。
サラリーマンって。

のんびりやっていこうと思います。

忙しい朝の隙間

突然忙しい。いや、突然ではない、単に締め切りに追われているだけか。
締め切りがあるから忙しいのか、締め切り関係なく忙しいのか、難しい。
いずれにしても今忙しい。

Suddenly busy. No, it’s not all of a sudden, I am simply busy with a deadline.
It is difficult to say whether I am busy because I have a deadline, or whether I am busy regardless of the deadline.
In any case, I am busy right now.

Asakusa early morning

早朝の浅草

日が登るのが早くなりましたね。
少しまだ早いかなと思いつつ、始発で浅草に行って1時間ほどぐるぐるしながらX100Vと一緒に回りました。
早朝の浅草は、近所に住む人が散歩したり、ジョギングしたり、わずかではありますが、人の気配を感じます。浅草駅を中心に、早朝に動く旅行客も目立ちました。改めてこの街に外国人が多く泊まっていることを実感します。

The sun is coming up early.
Thinking it was still a little early, I took the first train to Asakusa and went around walk for an hour with X100V.
In Asakusa in the early morning, you can see people living in the neighborhood strolling, jogging, and, although it is only a little, you can feel the presence of people. Tourists moving early in the morning around Asakusa station were also noticeable. Once again, I realize that many foreigners are staying in this city.

京都東福寺

Kyoto Tofukuji

京都と言えば、神社仏閣はその象徴的な場所の一つです。今回の旅行では東福寺に行きました。
場所がそう思わせるのか、歴史がそう感じさせるのかわかりませんが、お寺の中の時間感覚は独特です。
時間は動いていますが、進み方が違う様に感じます。そう感じるのは、それだけ静かであり、普段の場所がいかに騒がしいかを実感します。
京都は大きく広い神社仏閣があるので、視界的にも外が入って来ないことで、よりその場所が空間として独立したものに感じ、独特な空気を生み出しているのだと思います。

When it comes to Kyoto, shrines and temples are one of its most iconic places. On this trip, I went to Tofukuji Temple.
I don’t know if it is the location or the history that makes you feel this way, but the sense of time inside the temple is unique.
Time is moving, but in a different way. The reason I feel this way is because it is so quiet, and I realize how noisy the usual places are.
Kyoto has large, spacious shrines and temples, and the lack of visibility from the outside makes the place feel more independent as a space, which I think creates a unique atmosphere.

Trip with X100V with Kyoto

X100Vと京都旅行

再び京都旅行の写真です。
前回は駅前のクラシカルな建物中心でしたが、今回は京都らしい四条と清水方面を。残念ながら時間が足りなくて清水寺までは行けず、入口止まりでした。

Here are the photos of my trip to Kyoto again.
Last time I focused on the classical buildings in front of the station, but this time I went to Shijo and Kiyomizu area, which is typical of Kyoto. Unfortunately, we didn’t have enough time to go to Kiyomizu-dera Temple, so we stopped at the entrance.
