ホテルは旅行の楽しみの一つじゃないかと思います。多くは寝るための場所かもしれませんが、疲れを癒す場所、1日をエネルギッシュに始める場所でもあるように思います。
普段とは違うところでゆっくりする。そんな楽しみもホテルにはありますね。
そしてそこで享受するサービスに普段とは違う少し贅沢な時間を実感するのだと思います。

I think hotels are one of the enjoyable parts of traveling. It may be a place to sleep, but I think it is also a place to relax and start the day energetically.
It is a place to relax in a different place than usual. Hotels also offer such enjoyment.
And the service you enjoy there makes you feel a little bit more luxurious than usual.

ブロック表記への移行作業中

Still work migrate to block style.

クラシックエディタを諦めてブロック記法へ移行する事を以前に書きましたが、日々地道に進めているためまだまだ作業中です。
なんせ750程の記事を移行させる必要があるため時間がかかっています (現在525ほどの記事を移行しました)。
大分これでも省力化できるようにCSSを調整したりなどは前回書きましたが、その後もさらに問題が出てて時間がかかっています。
主にかかってる理由は以下です。

リンク切れが起きてないかの確認。

画像を貼り付けてたサイズが小さくてflickrのリンクを取り直し。

要約記事とサムネイル写真の指定。

レイアウトの修正。

I have written before about giving up to use the classic editor and moving to blocks notation, but it is still a work in progress as I am steadily working on it day by day.
It is taking me a long time because I need to migrate about 750 articles (Now I migrated about 525 articles).
I wrote about adjusting the CSS and other to save a lot of labor in the last issue, but there have been more problems since then and it is still taking a long time.
The main reasons why it is taking so long are as follows

Checking for broken links.

The size of the image was too small, so I had to re-link from flickr.

Specifying summary articles and thumbnail photos.

Correcting the layout.

これらの作業で一つの記事を作業するのに10〜20分かかっています。
古い記事を更新しているので、新しい投稿のペースが落ちています。頑張ります。

These tasks took 10-20 minutes to work on one article.
I am updating old articles, which is slowing down the pace of new posts. I will do my best.

京都東福寺

Kyoto Tofukuji

京都と言えば、神社仏閣はその象徴的な場所の一つです。今回の旅行では東福寺に行きました。
場所がそう思わせるのか、歴史がそう感じさせるのかわかりませんが、お寺の中の時間感覚は独特です。
時間は動いていますが、進み方が違う様に感じます。そう感じるのは、それだけ静かであり、普段の場所がいかに騒がしいかを実感します。
京都は大きく広い神社仏閣があるので、視界的にも外が入って来ないことで、よりその場所が空間として独立したものに感じ、独特な空気を生み出しているのだと思います。

When it comes to Kyoto, shrines and temples are one of its most iconic places. On this trip, I went to Tofukuji Temple.
I don’t know if it is the location or the history that makes you feel this way, but the sense of time inside the temple is unique.
Time is moving, but in a different way. The reason I feel this way is because it is so quiet, and I realize how noisy the usual places are.
Kyoto has large, spacious shrines and temples, and the lack of visibility from the outside makes the place feel more independent as a space, which I think creates a unique atmosphere.

Apple 京都

Apple 京都は、2018年に前Retail担当のAngela Ahrendtsが日本で店舗が増えることをアナウンスした一つとして2018年8月に登場しました。

京都に旅行に行った際なんとか時間を作って、Apple 京都にも行ってみました。
米国旅行の際も行く場所場所でApple Storeには訪問してますが、今回もその例に漏れず足を運んでみました。

The Apple Kyoto appeared in August 2018 as one of the announcements by former Retail Director Angela Ahrendts in 2018 that more stores would be added in Japan.

I managed to make time during my trip to Kyoto to visit Apple Kyoto.
I visit Apple Stores everywhere I go on my trips to the U.S., and this time was no different.

X100Vと京都旅行

再び京都旅行の写真です。
前回は駅前のクラシカルな建物中心でしたが、今回は京都らしい四条と清水方面を。残念ながら時間が足りなくて清水寺までは行けず、入口止まりでした。

Here are the photos of my trip to Kyoto again.
Last time I focused on the classical buildings in front of the station, but this time I went to Shijo and Kiyomizu area, which is typical of Kyoto. Unfortunately, we didn’t have enough time to go to Kiyomizu-dera Temple, so we stopped at the entrance.

Wi-Fiがあるカフェが行きたいカフェの基準である事は、今も変わりません。

そんな中から何度も行きたいお店がどれだけ出てくるか？が個人的には大事だったりします。
居心地が良い事が何度も行きたいカフェの理由です。

The café with Wi-Fi is still the standard for a café I want to go to.

How many such places can you find that you want to go to again and again? is sometimes important for me personally.
Being comfortable is the reason for cafes that I want to visit again and again.
