連日暑い日が続きますね。
年々夏が酷な暑さになるのはここ数年毎年感じていますが、この時期何よりも大事なのは水分補給ですね。
コンビニで日々ペットボトル買っていてはコストも嵩むばかりでいいこともないので、昨年夏に水筒を買いました。
